House Rules & Manual
Guests
1. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. For any additional guest who stays overnight, there will be an extra fee of $100 per person per night.
2. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
3. Wear appropriate clothing in common and social areas.
4. Please turn off all lights and ACs upon exiting the unit at all times. Any excessive use of electricity above 25kw per day will be deducted from the security deposit per night during your entire stay.
5. Close all windows and lock the door when you leave the apartment.
6. Check-out hours are strict, we have a cleaning crew that works on a schedule. Check-out is before 11am, past this hour there will be an additional fee of $100, and we reserve the right to enter the property.
7. Our space is not offered for gatherings, parties, photo, or movie shoots. Anyone violating these terms and house safety rules must leave immediately without a refund.
Noise
7. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am. Remember you’ve got neighbors.
Smoking
8. No Smoking, hookah, or vape is allowed.
No Parties
9. No parties or events are allowed within the home or on the premises.
Furniture
10. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Otherwise, we’ll have to report it to Airbnb.
11. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches.
12. If you spill anything on furniture or mattress please let us know right away.
Eating, Drinking, Kitchen Use
13. No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
14. Please eat at the dining table or balcony.
15. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited guests that we don’t like. This home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way.
16. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest.
17. Use coasters to protect the surface of a table or any other surface where you might place a drink.
Bedroom & Bathroom
18. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face creams, tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.
19. Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also a home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
20. DO NOT flush wipes, feminine products, or trash of any kind down the toilet that can clog the pipes.
Key Replacement
21. Return all keys. The fee for any lost key will be US$200

Parking Information
