Hello, here in Airbnb and in the apartment you’ll find detailed information about the house rules and manual. We encourage our guests to read them carefully because they answer many questions and also to prevent any situation in the apartment.

Guests

1. Every guest must register in the reception area, must provide ID, and sign a document agreeing that you will respect the rules established by the building and respect the staff.

2. The building has very strict rules to keep it safe and in order with Airbnb guests, the staff is trained to remind and tell Airbnb guests the rules. Please, be respectful towards them.

3. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. If a third guest stays overnight the guest will be charged US$100 per night per day.

4. If you are having visitors, the concierge will call you in order for you to receive them in the lobby. Rules established by the building: Airbnb guests are allowed to receive visitors only in the lobby.

5. This is an Airbnb community, not a hotel please keep that in mind.

6. Only registered guests can make use of the building’s premises: terrace, pool, gym. Visitors are not allowed to use these areas under any circumstances.

7. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.

8. Please turn off all lights and ACs upon exiting the unit at all times. Any excessive use of electricity above 25kw per day will be deducted from the security deposit per night during your entire stay.

9. Close all windows and lock the door when you leave the apartment.

10. Check-out hours are strict, we have a cleaning crew that works on a schedule. Check-out is before 11am, past this hour there will be an additional fee of $100, and we reserve the right to enter the property.

11. Wear appropriate clothing in common and social areas.

Noise

11. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am. Remember you have neighbors.

Smoking

12. No Smoking, vape or hookah is allowed on the premises.

No Parties

13. No parties or events are allowed within the home or on the premises.

Furniture

14. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Otherwise, we’ll have to report it to Airbnb.

15. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches.

16. Please be careful with all the furniture, everything was selected with a lot of care.

17. If you spill anything on furniture or mattress please let us know right away.

Eating, Drinking, Kitchen Use

18. No eating or drinking in the bedroom / on the sofa. Every detail in this apartment was chosen carefully.

19. Please do not eat in the carpeted areas of the house (bedrooms, living room, etc.). Please eat at the table/counter, or on the balcony.

20. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited guests that we don’t like. This home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way. (Please No eating in the bedroom.)

21. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest.

22. Use coasters to protect the surface of a table or any other surface where you might place a drink.

Bedroom & Bathroom

24. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face creams, tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels.

25. Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also a home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect the property and the things)

26. DO NOT flush wipes, feminine products, or trash of any kind down the toilet that can clog the pipes.

Gym Rules

27. Gym usage is from 5 am to 11 pm.

28. The use of sports clothing and shoes is mandatory. It is not allowed to wear flip-flops or enter the gym in bathing suits or wet clothes.

29. Please turn off the A/C when done using the gym.

30. Sign up in a register in the lobby, with the details of the apartment that will be using the gym.

31. Only the guests staying can make use of the gym area, visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.

Pool Rules

32. Pool usage is until 10 pm.

33. Parties and loud music are not allowed.

34. Only guests staying at the premises can use the pool area.

35. No eating, drinking, or glass in the pool.

36. After using the pool or showers, you should make sure that you do not walk down the stairs and the elevators wet.

37. Be careful. No running or rough play.

Key Replacement

38. Return all keys. The fee for any lost key will be US$200

Pets

39. No pets - sorry. Stardust has to stay home.


Garbage Disposal

40. Please dispose of the garbage go down to the dumpster area of the tower to dump the trash. Trash is not allowed outside the door.


Parking Information

41. You have one parking lot available on level P1.

42. For any lost parking lot control, there will be a charge of $35.

Reglas de la Casa

Huéspedes

1. Todo huésped al momento de su llegada debe de registrarse en recepción, proveer su documento de identidad y firmar un documento hacienda conocimiento que respetará las reglas de la torre y al staff de la torre.

2. La torre tiene reglas estrictas para mantener el orden y la seguridad de la misma. El staff está entrenado para recordarle a los Airbnbs las reglas. Por favor, sea respetuoso hacia ellos solo están haciendo su trabajo.

3. Solo los invitados registrados están permitidos quedarse el apartamento. Si un tercer invitado se queda sin previa notificación/autorización se cargarán US$100.

4. Si tiene visitas, el recepcionista le llamará para que los reciba en el lobby. Esto es una residencia privada, las reglas establecidas por el condominio es que los huéspedes de Airbnb están autorizados a recibir visitas solo en el lobby.

5. Esto es una comunidad de Airbnb, no un hotel. Por favor, recuerde eso.

6. Solo los huéspedes registrados pueden hacer uso de las instalaciones de la torre: terraza, gimnasio y piscina. Los visitantes no pueden utilizar estas áreas bajo ninguna circunstancia.

7. No participe en actividades ilegales en ningún lugar de la propiedad.

8. Por favor apagar todas las luces y aire acondicionado al salir de la unidad en todo momento. Cualquier uso excesivo por encima de 25kw por día de electricidad se deducirá del depósito de seguridad por noche durante la estadía completa.

9. Cerrar la puerta y todas las ventanas al salir.

10. Check-out es antes de las 11am, tenemos un equipo de limpieza con horario y queremos asegurarnos de proveerles a nuestros huéspedes la mejor experiencia. Más tarde de esta hora habrá una tarifa adicional de $100, y nos reservaremos el derecho de entrar a la propiedad.

11. Favor tener ropa apropiada en las areas comunes y sociales.


Ruido

11. El tiempo de silencio es de 10pm a 9am.

Fumar

12. No se permite fumar, vape ni hookah en ningún área de la propiedad.

Eventos

13. No se permiten fiestas o eventos dentro del hogar o en la propiedad.

Mobiliario

14. Si rompe o afecta algo, avísenos y coordinamos los arreglos para su reemplazo o reparación. De lo contrario, tendremos que informarlo a Airbnb.

15. Por favor no reorganice los muebles. Arrastrar sillas / mesas puede afectar el piso y mobiliario.

16. Tenga cuidado con las mesas en la sala de estar todo fue seleccionado de manera minuciosa.

17. Si derrama algo sobre muebles o colchones, por favor avísenos de inmediato.

Comer, beber, uso de la cocina

18. No comer ni beber en el dormitorio / en el sofá de terciopelo. Cada detalle en este apartamento fue elegido cuidadosamente.

19. No coma en las áreas alfombradas de la casa (dormitorios, sala de estar, etc.). Por favor, coma en la cocina o en el balcón.

20. No deje ningún alimento que atraiga a invitados no invitados que no nos gustan. Esta casa está libre de plagas y tenemos la intención de mantenerla así.

21. Todos los artículos en la cocina, incluyendo cubiertos, ollas / sartenes, especias, cubiertos, etc. han sido contados y cualquier artículo retirado de las instalaciones será cargado al huésped.

22. Use servilletas o porta vasos para proteger la superficie de una mesa o cualquier otra superficie donde pueda colocar una bebida.


Habitación & Baño

24. Por favor no arroje wipes, productos femeninos o basura de ningún tipo por el inodoro que pueda obstruir las tuberías.

25. Sea respetuoso con las sábanas y toallas. Maquillaje / base, cremas faciales, productos de bronceado manchan y / o blanquean la ropa de cama / toallas.

26. Debido a que esta es una comunidad de Airbnb, no un hotel, y también es un hogar, sea respetuoso con la propiedad y manténgala limpia antes de irse. (Respeta la propiedad y las cosas)

Gimnasio

27. El uso del gimnasio es de 5am a 11pm.

28. Usar ropa y zapatos deportivos es obligatorio. No se permite utilizar el gimnasio en sandalias o entrar al gimnasio en traje de baño o ropa mojada.

29. Al salir del gimnasio, por favor apagar el aire acondicionado.

30. Para hacer uso del gimnasio, favor de bajar al lobby proveer su nombre y el número del apartamento.

31. Solo los huéspedes alojándose en la torre puede hacer uso del gimnasio, los visitantes no están permitidos bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Piscina

32. El uso de la piscina es hasta las 10pm.

33. No se permiten fiestas y música alta. Ni fumar hookah, vape o sustancias ilegales.

34. Solo las personas alojándose pueden hacer uso de la piscina. Los visitantes no están permitidos.

35. No comer, bebe o entrar artículos de vidrio/cristal en la piscina.

36. Luego se usar la piscina o ducha, no entrar mojado en los ascensores.

37. No correr alrededor de la piscina.

Reemplazo de llave

38. Devuelve todas las llaves. La tarifa por cualquier llave perdida será de US$200.

Mascotas

39. No mascotas - lo siento. Stardust tiene que quedarse en casa.

Basura

40. Para desechar la basura, favor de bajar al área del basurero. No se permite dejar la basura fuera de la puerta.

Información de estacionamiento

41. Tienes un estacionamiento disponible en el nivel P1

42. Por perdida del control del parqueo, se cargará un monto de $35.
