We encourage our guests to read them carefully because they answer many questions and also to prevent any situation in the apartment. If you have any questions or doubts, don’t hesitate to contact us. House Rules & Manual Guests 1. Every guest must register in the reception area, and must provide ID to verify. 2. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. If a fifth guest stays overnight the guest will be charged US$100 per extra person per night. 3. Only registered guests can make use of the building’s premises: terrace, pool, gym. Visitors are not allowed to use these areas under any circumstances. 4. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. 5. Please turn off all lights and ACs upon exiting the unit at all times. Any excessive use above 25kw per day of electricity will be deducted from the security deposit per night during your entire stay. 6. Close all windows and lock the door when you leave the apartment. 7. Check-out hours are strict, we have a cleaning crew that works on a schedule. Check-out is before 11am, past this hour there will be an additional fee of $100, and we reserve the right to enter the property. **. If you are having visitors, the concierge will call you in order for you to receive them in the lobby. Rules established by the building: Airbnb guests are allowed to receive visitors only in the lobby.** Noise 8. Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am. Remember you have neighbors. Smoking 9. No Smoking, vape or hookah is allowed on the premises. No Parties 10. No parties or events allowed within the home or on the premises. Furniture 11. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Otherwise, we’ll have to report it to Airbnb. 12. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches. 13. Please be careful with all the furniture, everything was selected with a lot of care. 14. If you spill anything on furniture or mattress please let us know right away. Eating, Drinking, Kitchen Use 15. No eating or drinking in the bedroom / on the white sofa. Every detail in this apartment was chosen carefully. 16. Please do not eat in the carpeted areas of the house (bedrooms, living room, etc.). Please eat at the table/counter, or on the balcony. 17. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited guests that we don’t like. This home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way. (Please No eating in the bedroom.) 18. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. 19. Use coasters to protect the surface of a table or any other surface where you might place a drink. Bedroom & Bathroom 20. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face creams, tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. 21. Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also a home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect the property and the things) 22. DO NOT flush wipes, feminine products, or trash of any kind down the toilet that can clog the pipes. Gym Rules 23. Gym usage is from 5am to 10pm. 24. The use of sports clothing and shoes is mandatory. It is not allowed to wear flip flops or enter the gym in bathing suits or wet clothes. 25. Please turn off the A/C when done using the gym. 26. Only the guests staying can make use of the gym area, visitors are not allowed under any circumstances. Pool Rules 27. Pool usage is until 10pm. 28. Parties and loud music are not allowed. 29. Only guests staying at the premises can use the pool area. 30. No eating, drinking, or glass in the pool. 31. After using the pool or showers, you should make sure that you do not walk down the stairs and elevators wet. 32. Be careful. No running or rough play. Key Replacement 33. Return all keys. The fee for any lost key will be US$200 Pets 34. No pets - sorry. Smoosh has to stay home. Garbage Disposal 35. Please dispose of the garbage go down to the dumpster area of the tower to dump the trash. Trash is not allowed outside the door. Parking Information 36. No participe en actividades ilegales en ningún lugar de la propiedad. 5. Por favor apagar todas las luces y aire acondicionado al salir de la unidad en todo momento. Cualquier uso excesivo de electricidad por encima de 25kw se deducirá del depósito de seguridad por noche durante la estadía completa. 6. Cerrar la puerta y todas las ventanas al salir. 7. Check-out es antes de las 11am, tenemos un equipo de limpieza con horario y queremos asegurarnos de proveerles a nuestros huéspedes la mejor experiencia. Más tarde de esta hora habrá una tarifa adicional de $100, y nos reservaremos el derecho de entrar a la propiedad. Ruido 8. El tiempo de silencio es de 10pm a 9am. Fumar 9. No se permite fumar, vape ni hookah en ningún área de la propiedad. Eventos 10. No se permiten fiestas o eventos dentro del hogar o en la propiedad. Mobiliario 11. Si rompe o afecta algo, avísenos y coordinamos los arreglos para su reemplazo o reparación. De lo contrario, tendremos que informarlo a Airbnb. 12. Por favor no reorganice los muebles. Arrastrar sillas / mesas puede afectar el piso y mobiliario. 13. Tenga cuidado con las mesas en la sala de estar todo fue seleccionado de manera minuciosa. 14. Si derrama algo sobre muebles o colchones, por favor avísenos de inmediato. Comer, beber, uso de la cocina 15. No comer ni beber en el dormitorio / en el sofá de terciopelo. Cada detalle en este apartamento fue elegido cuidadosamente. 16. No coma en las áreas alfombradas de la casa (dormitorios, sala de estar, etc.). Por favor, coma en la cocina o en el balcón. 17. No deje ningún alimento que atraiga a invitados no invitados que no nos gustan. Esta casa está libre de plagas y tenemos la intención de mantenerla así. 18. Debido a que esta es una comunidad de Airbnb, no un hotel, y también es un hogar, sea respetuoso con la propiedad y manténgala limpia antes de irse. (Respeta la propiedad y las cosas) Gimnasio 23. El uso del gimnasio es de 5am a 11pm. 24. Usar ropa y zapatos deportivos es obligatorio. No se permite utilizar el gimnasio en sandalias o entrar al gimnasio en traje de baño o ropa mojada. 25. Al salir del gimnasio, por favor apagar el aire acondicionado. 26. Para hacer uso del gimnasio, favor de bajar al lobby proveer su nombre y el número del apartamento. 27. Solo los huéspedes alojándose en la torre puede hacer uso del gimnasio, los visitantes no están permitidos bajo ninguna circunstancia. Piscina 28. El uso de la piscina es hasta las 10pm. 29. Fiestas y música alta están prohibidas. 30. Sólo los huéspedes hospedándose pueden hacer uso del área de la piscina. 31. No eating, drinking or glass in the pool. 32. Luego de usar la piscina o duchas de esta área, no utilizar el ascensor mojado. 33. Tenga cuidado. No correr o jugar en esta área. Reemplazo de llave 34. Devuelve todas las llaves.
