We encourage our guests to read them carefully because they answer many questions and also to prevent any situation in the apartment. If you have any questions or doubts, don’t hesitate to contact us. House Rules & Manual Guests 1. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. If a third guest stays overnight without previous notification/authorization, the guest will be charged US$100. 2. Only registered guests can make use of the building’s premises: terrace, pool, gym. Visitors are not allowed to use these areas under any circumstances. 3. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. 4. Please turn off all lights and ACs upon exiting the unit at all times. Any excessive use of electricity above 25kw per day will be deducted from the security deposit per night during your entire stay. *For longer stays, please consult. 5. Close all windows and lock the door when you leave the apartment. 6. Check-out hours are strict, we have a cleaning crew that works on a schedule. Check-out is before 11am, past this hour there will be an additional fee of $100, and we reserve the right to enter the property. Noise 7. Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am. Remember you’ve got neighbors. Smoking 8. No Smoking, vape or hookah is allowed. No Parties 9. No parties or events are allowed within the home or on the premises. Furniture 10. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Otherwise, we’ll have to report it to Airbnb. 11. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. Dragging chairs/tables on floors will leave scratches. 12. Please be careful with the tables in the living room. 13. If you spill anything on furniture or mattress please let us know right away. Eating, Drinking, Kitchen Use 14. No eating or drinking in the bedroom / on the velvet sofa. Every detail in this apartment was chosen carefully. 15. Please do not eat in the carpeted areas of the house (bedrooms, living room, etc.). Please eat at the table/counter, or on the balcony. 16. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited guests that we don’t like. This home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way. (Please No eating in the bedroom.) 17. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. 18. Use coasters to protect the surface of a table or any other surface where you might place a drink. Bedroom & Bathroom 19. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face creams, tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. 20. Because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also a home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect the property and the things) 21. DO NOT flush wipes, feminine products, or trash of any kind down the toilet that can clog the pipes. Gym Rules 24. Gym usage is from 5am to 11pm. 25. The use of sports clothing and shoes is mandatory. It is not allowed to wear flip flops or enter the gym in bathing suits or wet clothes. 26. Please turn off the A/C when done using the gym. 27. Only the guests staying can make use of the gym area, visitors are not allowed under any circumstances. Pool Rules 28. Pool usage is until 10pm. 29. Parties and loud music are not allowed. No hookah in this area. 30. Only guests staying at the premises can use the pool area. 31. No food, drink, or glass in the pool. 32. Be careful. No running or rough play. Key Replacement 33. Return all keys. The fee for any lost key will be US$200 Pets 34. No pets - sorry. Blú has to stay home. Garbage Disposal 35. Please dispose of the garbage carefully on the exit stairs right next to the elevator. The concierge will pick it up in the morning. Parking Information 36. You have one parking spot available on level S1. 37. For any lost parking lot control, there will be a charge of $35. Enjoy your stay! *Spanish Version* Reglas de la Casa Invitados 1. No se permite fumar, vape ni hookah en ningún área de la propiedad. Eventos 9. No se permiten fiestas o eventos dentro del hogar o en la propiedad. Mobiliario 10. Si rompe o afecta algo, avísenos y coordinamos los arreglos para su reemplazo o reparación. De lo contrario, tendremos que informarlo a Airbnb. 11. Por favor no reorganice los muebles. Arrastrar sillas / mesas puede afectar el piso y mobiliario. 12. Tenga cuidado con las mesas en la sala de estar. 13. Si derrama algo sobre muebles o colchones, por favor avísenos de inmediato. Comer, beber, uso de la cocina 14. No comer ni beber en el dormitorio / en el sofá de terciopelo. Cada detalle en este apartamento fue elegido cuidadosamente. 15. No coma en las áreas alfombradas de la casa (dormitorios, sala de estar, etc.). Por favor, coma en la cocina o en el balcón. 16. No deje ningún alimento que atraiga a invitados no invitados que no nos gustan. Esta casa está libre de plagas y tenemos la intención de mantenerla así. 17. Todos los artículos en la cocina, incluyendo cubiertos, ollas / sartenes, especias, cubiertos, etc. han sido contados y cualquier artículo retirado de las instalaciones será cargado al huésped. 18. Debido a que esta es una comunidad de Airbnb, no un hotel, y también es un hogar, sea respetuoso con la propiedad y manténgala limpia antes de irse. (Respeta la propiedad y las cosas) Gimnasio 22. El uso del gimnasio es de 5am a 11pm. 26. Usar ropa y zapatos deportivos es obligatorio. No se permite utilizar el gimnasio en sandalias o entrar al gimnasio en traje de baño o ropa mojada. 27. Al salir del gimnasio, por favor apagar el aire acondicionado. 28. Solo los huéspedes alojándose en la torre puede hacer uso del gimnasio, los visitantes no están permitidos bajo ninguna circunstancia. Reglas de la Piscina 29. El uso de la piscina es hasta las 10 p.m. 30. No se permiten fiestas ni música alta que afecte la tranquilidad de los residentes. No se permite hookah en esta área ni en la terraza. 31. Solo los huéspedes que estén alojados en la propiedad pueden usar el área de la piscina. Los visitantes no pueden hacer uso de esta área bajo NINGUNA circunstancia. 32. No se permite comida, bebida o vaso de vidrio dentro de la piscina. Reemplazo de Llave 33. Por favor devolver todas las llaves. La tarifa por cualquier llave perdida será de US$200 Mascotas 34. No mascotas - lo siento. Blú tiene que quedarse en casa. Basura 35. Por favor, deseche la basura en una funda hecha para esto y colóquela en las escaleras de emergencia (hay una puerta justo al lado del ascensor). Para que el conserje pueda recogerla.
