Reservations must be for a minimum of three nights to access the jacuzzi. * No loud music after 10 pm. *Essentials provided for arrival: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, water, and coffee. We do not replenish. * We do not provide bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra trash bags, or cleaning products. * It only accommodates (2) people, if more than 2 stay overnight we will charge $100 per extra person per night. * This home is in a residential building, please respect the rules established by it. *Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. *Bookings made on behalf of others may be allowed under specific circumstances. If you are planning to book for someone else and will not be staying yourself, please contact us in advance. In such cases, the full name and a valid photo ID of the guest(s) must be provided prior to check-in. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in the cancellation of the stay for security reasons. *Please note that we do not accept date change requests made within 14 days of arrival, including requests to reschedule for the following month or due to personal circumstances. *If for any emergency, personal reason or situation out of our responsibility you need to checkout earlier than expected, cancel or change dates last minute, we will not refund under any circumstances the remaining days.
